Continued to charge me for subscription I had canceled, won’t give tefund

I'm trying to dispute charges and I don't even remember signing up for the online access to Dallas morning news, I called to cancel and report that I didn't make an account and they were so rude and basically laughed at me when I asked for refunds on 7 months worth of charges, I wish I had noticed it sooner. But I canceled it in April, its now November and they have continued to charge me since may.
I called my bank and they did a dispute and a stop payment thing. But damnit I want refunds, it's $308 they have taken so far.
